Out of the box, onto the wrist.
Runs, lifts, laps, and 117 other modes — enough that the one you actually do is on the list. Rated IP68, so a hard session and a downpour on the walk home are both fine.
Two bands
One watch that dresses twice.
Black and pink both ship in the box. The band is a ribbed silicone loop that lifts off the lugs and back on, so switching is a thing you do on the way out of the door — not a thing you order a part for.
