The standard we build to
This store is built toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, Level AA. That standard is what we measure against when we design a page, write a label or choose a color.
Accessibility is checked as part of building the store rather than after the fact, and we treat a barrier as a defect.
Tell us what you found
Write to accessibility@zizowireless.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
We answer within three business days.
If a barrier stops you from completing an order, say so and we will complete it with you.
Content we do not control
Checkout runs on Shopify and some pages carry content from other companies. We report barriers we find in those to the company that owns them, and we will tell you what we heard back.
