Zizo® Lifetime Product Warranty (Sold Separately)


Zizo® Offers a lifetime product warranty for as long as you own your device on products that qualify. If there is wear and damage to the product during the lifetime of the device for which it was purchased, we will replace/exchange it. We will cover the cost of a new cover of equal or greater value, the only cost incurred by the customers is a fee for the shipping and handling of said item.

Zizo® Lifetime Product Warranty also includes a low cost replacement program for qualifying products. Customers are subject to discounts in order to replace the items. Customer is only subject to two replacements per item. Customers must send back the original item to: Zizo Warranty 4850 Eucalyptus Ave. Chino, CA 91710. Customer is subject up to a 70% off for qualified purchases.

Zizo® 1-Year Manufacturer Defect Warranty*


Zizo® offers a 1-Year limited manufacturer defect warranty on a majority of Zizo® products. Zizo® products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers are not covered by the 1 year warranty. Any products purchased from unauthorized resellers will have their warranty claims voided. If you have questions about a particular seller, feel free to contact us at info@zizowireless.com for more. Zizo® is not responsible for the products made by anyone other than our collections, we do not cover any products not made by Zizo®, which includes counterfeit Zizo Products, smartphones, tablets, or other portable electronic devices. Certain Zizo® products may have different warranties, which will be explicitly stated here. Examples of products with different warranties are, but not limited to, screen protectors, cables, speakers, and glass products. This warranty is only valid for items that are considered defective. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty. If the warranty is valid, Zizo® will issue a replacement of equal or greater value to the consumer. If deemed within 30 days of the received date, within the warranty period, shipping charges will not be applied to the consumer. If deemed after the 30 day guarantee, Zizo® will cover the cost of a replacement or offer a discounted rate with discretion to Zizo®’s store policies. Shipping & handling services may be applied to the replacement after the 30 day warranty period. If the product is no longer available or discontinued, Zizo® will reserve the right to replace the product with a product of equal or greater value, regardless of color variation, to the consumer. Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the applicable product warranty period. Zizo® reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if the claim is not valid beyond a provable doubt. The written warranty expressed above is solely covered by Zizo® & Zizo® disclaims any other forms of warranties/representations, implicit or expressly stated. Important Note: For purchases made on Amazon.com, eBay, authorized resellers or any other online marketplaces, the warranty mentioned above may or may not qualify.
