We stand by our products and offer unrivaled service. If there is any reason you want to return/exchange the product just send it back to us and we will refund your money. No questions asked! 

*You can receive your refund in the form of store credit or in the form of your original payment method.

*No S&H fee

Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee of 10% of the total price paid will apply. The fee is necessary because we thoroughly inspect all returns and make sure the product and packaging are in optimal conditions to be re-sold. We wouldn't want any of our customers to receive a partially opened or slightly damaged product.

Refund Time frame: ´╗┐Your refund will be processed 4-7 days after receiving the returned product.



HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Submit a Return request here: Request An RMA   
  2. Include your ORDER ID in the subject.
  3. Provide reason for return. 
  4. Our Returns Team will review your request. You will receive a notice regarding the status of your return.
  5. Once the RMA request is approved, it is your responsibility to create a shipping label and ship the product to the address below for a full product refund or exchange. In the package, include a note with your Order ID number purchased from Cell Case Depot.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS:

  • Must include a valid purchase order number from cellcasedepot.com. Purchases made outside of cellcasedepot.com must contact respective seller for returns.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
  • Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
  • Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
  • For international orders the S&H fee will be deducted.

*Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Cell Case Depot┬« is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery *Please Note: All Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

*Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.
