We stand by our products and offer unrivaled service. If there is any reason you want to return/exchange the product just send it back to us and we will offer you a refund in the form of store credit. No questions asked!

Items purchased from authorized reseller channels will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

 

Note: Most Zizo products have a 30 Day Warranty beginning the day the product was purchased. Our Zizo Lifetime Limited Warranty must be purchased separately. For more details please visit our Warranty Page

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS:

  • Must include a valid original purchase order number from ZizoWireless.com. Purchases made outside of ZizoWireless.com must contact respective seller for returns.
  • Returned products must be in their original unopened packaging without any missing contents or else it will be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Returned products not in their original packaging or with missing contents from case bundles are subject to a $5 USD restocking fee for missing holsters/tempered glass screen protectors, and or, a $1 for each missing packaging box or lanyard.
  • Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
  • For all returns, the shipping and handling will be deducted from total store credit refund. 

*Required: Tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return item is received and delivered. Zizo® is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery *Please Note: All Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

*Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.

 *Required: A valid tracking number is required for any packages sent back for return/exchange.

  2. Include your ORDER ID in the subject.
  3. Provide reason for return. 
  4. Our Returns Team will review your request. You will receive a notice regarding the status of your return.
  5. Once the RMA request is approved, please ship the product to the following address for a full product refund. In the package, include a note with your order id number purchased from Zizo.
